Parcel of smoked salmon and Brixham crab,

horseradish creme fraiche, avruga caviar


Starter

Tuna carpaccio with mustard and herbs,

rocket and Parmesan, baby artichoke, balsamic


Fish Course

Pan fried scallops with a light curry sauce,

bok choi and shiitake, crispy parcel of apple


Main

Confit of duck, carrot and star anise purée

red wine and tarragon jus


Dessert

Tarte au Citron - caramelised lemon tart,

with raspberry sorbet

Mixed berry tartlet with pistachio

and pink peppercorn, vanilla ice cream
