7B is the next stage of Adam & Martine Fellows culinary journey.
After running Goodfellows for 18 years, Adam wanted a unique space to hold his popular cookery demonstrations and other events.
Located on St Thomas Street, Wells, 7B is a stunning townhouse featuring a bespoke demonstration kitchen designed by the team at Spillers.
Opening in October 2022, the Restaurant will be opening Thursday, Friday and Saturday's for lunch and dinner. Adam's popular takeaway Sunday lunch will re-start at the end of October.
Adam & Martine will also be running cooking demonstrations and courses.
Adam Fellows Bio
Adam Fellows set up Goodfellows Restaurant & Cafe in Sadler Street, with his wife Martine back in September 2004. Due to the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere it has become the most respected and popular restaurant in the region.
Adam spent 17 years cooking in many of the best restaurants across England, France and Belgium, including one, two and three Michelin starred properties. He was Head Chef for seven years in the Michelin starred Charlton House Hotel in Shepton Mallet.
Adam worked in two fish restaurants before starting at Charlton House, which gave him a passion and flair for creating fish dishes which are light but intense with flavour.
