 Monkfish and King prawn with a lemongrass and ginger sauce

Main Course

 Fillet of Beef with truffle mash and roasted Winter vegetables, sautéed wild mushrooms and cep cream sauce

Dessert

Lemon and almond cake, mascarpone and vanilla mousse
